As this is a diesel vehicle, Road User Charges will be charged at $9.00/100km upon return of the vehicle.

Hiring rules

• Minimum driver age is 25 years, with a valid full driver’s license.
• The vehicle must only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads, with exceptions for ski field or campground access roads under 10km.
• In New Zealand, motorhomes generally aren't allowed on unsealed roads, certain ski field access roads (especially during winter). Please do not drive on these areas: Skippers Road (Queenstown),Crown Range/Cardrona Valley Road (Arrow Junction to Cardrona),Ninety Mile Beach (Northland),Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook),Wanaka–Mt Aspiring Road(beyond Treble Cone exit),The Forgotten Highway (SH43),North of Colville and Waikawau Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Prohibited Activities / Strictly not allowed: Offroading, Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle,Pets (as much as we love them),Cooking strongly odorous food inside the camper
• During Your Hire : Retract the awning in windy or bad weather. Report any damage, breakage, or incidents.Toilet: Only flush waste and single/doubleply toilet paper—no sanitary items.
• Before Returning the Camper: Refuel the diesel tank and provide the fuel receipt. Refill or replace the LPG bottle if heavily used. Empty the grey water tank and toilet cassette.Refill the fresh water tank. Clean the interior (bedding and exterior cleaning not required).Clear out all food and rubbish. Wash all used dishes. Replace any broken or missing items, or a charge will apply.

• • Rubbish removal: $80.00
• • Fuel/gas not filled: Actual cost + $50.00 admin fee
• • Water/toilet not serviced: $50.00 admin fee
• Time for Drop Off and Pick up can be arranged

  Unfortunately the camper had been damaged by the previous people just before we hired it and it was not up to the standard we expected. Communications were good with Claire, but there were just too many glitchers that affected our holiday. Until it is fixed up, it is not worth the price we paid. There seemed to be a solar panel, but we don't know if it powered the van or not as we were not aware of it until late in the trip. The TV and microwave would only work when plugged in so not a fully off grid camper, however the hot water and gas cooking was working and all good. I realise the damage was quite last minute, and due to it not being fixed in time, maybe they should of given us the opportunity to look for something else rather than hire it in the condition it was in.

  We had a fantastic time in the van! Family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Kids loved it! We loved it. There were a few things / damages from previous users that Claire had informed us prior to pick up and are in the process of getting sorted but did not affect us from using the van. Claire was amazing to work with. Very efficient and kind. Great motorhome. Thank you and we will be using the motorhome again. Thank you Claire!

  An Incredible Experience on the Road! I recently had the pleasure of traveling in this motorhome, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. The interior was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything from the comfortable sleeping area to the fully equipped kitchen made life on the road effortless and enjoyable. Driving was surprisingly smooth and stable, even on longer highway stretches and rural roads. The fuel efficiency was solid for a vehicle of this size, and the onboard systems (heating, cooling, water) worked perfectly throughout the trip. Setup at campsites was quick and easy, and we loved how much storage space was available both inside and in the exterior compartments. The attention to detail and build quality really stood out. Its clear this motorhome was built for comfort, convenience, and reliability. Whether youre a first-time traveler or a seasoned RVer, I would absolutely recommend this motorhome. It made our trip unforgettable, and were already planning the next one!
