- Hiring Rules (Owner’s Notes)
- 1️⃣ Cleaning & Return Condition
- Please return the motorhome clean. If the exterior is excessively dirty, a minimum $150.00 exterior cleaning fee will apply.
- If the interior or toilet is not properly cleaned or maintained, an additional $150.00 interior/toilet cleaning fee will apply.
- 2️⃣ Road & Usage Restrictions
- 🚫 No offroad driving permitted.
- Gravel roads must be kept very short (in & out only).
- ❌ Sand driving is strictly not allowed.
- If seats, bedding, or interior are found with sand or excessive dirt, a $200.00 deepcleaning fee will apply.
- 3️⃣ Communication
- 📞 Clear and regular communication is appreciated.
- The more we stay in touch, the better we can support you and help make your trip truly memorable.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

They go over and above in their service to make everything comfortable from pick up to drop off .the campervan was exactly as shown on the site . Cleaned and prepped to a very high standard. Added bonus is they also have a fantastic restaurant which is where we returned the campervan serving high quality euro/Indian food. Cannot recommend high enough. Will definitely use again

Bidyut 5.0We had one of our best travel experiences with DreamChasersNZ campervan. The Campervan had all the required features and comfort we were looking for. Traveling with 2 young ones and an elderly meant we needed trusted campervan which is fairly prize. We instantly connected with Alisha and Risshi, their hospitality and warmth won our hearts, there was trust built-in and we had the pleasure of traveling in their campervan. We made beautiful memories. We highly recommend them. We are sure to make another trip very soon
