While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. You need to make your own enquiries to determine if the information or products are appropriate for your intended use.
Owners prepare and are responsible for the listing of their RV published on the website (see Terms of Service). Camplify takes no responsibility for content prepared by the RV Owner.
Through this website you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Camplify. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those websites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. Camplify takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Camplify takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Terms and Conditions
The Camplify Terms of Service apply to the services that Camplify provides to owners and hirers, being:
access to the Camplify platform,
collecting hire fees and other charges from hirers on behalf of owners; and
providing hirers with holiday disruption support and roadside assistance services
Each RV owner must choose a level of Camplify Membership, the following membership agreements apply to the different membership types:
Premium Membership Agreement
Flexible Membership Agreement
Personal Membership Agreement
BYO Membership Agreement
Accident and Damage
Camplify Premium, Flexible, and Personal Members are entitled to membership of MyWay Mutual Holdings Limited. MyWay Mutual provides MyWay Protect damage protection. Please consider the PDS for MyWay Protect to decide whether this product is right for you.
Accident Excess Reduction applies to all hirers
Camplify Rules
The Owner Rules, Hirer Rules and Community rules set the ground rules for the Camplify Community and help provide a good experience for both owners and hirers.
The Owner Rules set out RV owner’s ongoing obligations and rules relating to each hire.
The Hirer Rules set out the hirer’s obligations pre, during and post hire.
The Community Rules apply to both owners and hirers.

Terms applying to goods ordered from our website
Delivery of goods
Physical goods may be delivered by NZ Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with NZ Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Camplify.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Warranties and Guarantees
Camplify will pass through to the purchaser any manufacturer’s warranty applicable to physical goods.
Goods also come with the protection of Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
To the full extent permitted by law Camplify does not provide and expressly excludes all other warranties whether implied by statute or otherwise in respect of any of goods provided by Camplify.
Returns and Refunds
Where a Consumer Guarantee applies Camplify handles returns, repairs, and processes refunds in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase or becoming aware of the issue with a valid reason for return.
Camplify does not provide a refund for change of mind.
