TOWELS/ fresh towel, facecloths and a hand towels are provided for each person KITCHEN/ basic essentials include tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dish cloth, tea towels, cleaning products, bucket, brush and shovel, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid. DINING/ pots, pans, toaster, electric kettle, gas hobb kettle, coffee plunger, thermos, chopping boards, serviettes, cheese grater, measuring utensils,, salad bowl, Crockery and cutlery for up to six people. Plus extras A fully charged adult e-bike is available for $30.00 per day. Please bring your own helmet Location “Hare and There” is located in Churton Park, Wellington. Airport pick up and drop offs are possible as well as leaving your vehicle with us if required. There is a fee of $100.00 per pick up or drop . We can purchase any grocery items in advance if needed and simply on-charge to you for your convenience. The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with a full tank at the end of your journey otherwise a refueling fee of NZD $80.00 will apply plus the cost of diesel. This also applies to the gas bottles . Please empty the toilet cassette before returning. A NZD$200.00 fee will apply if it is unclean, to dispose of the waste. BBQ to be returned clean, additional cleaning fee of $100.00. BBQ will come with utensils and additional small gas bottle RUC’s Road user charges is a government tax on diesel vehicles in NZ. An additional fee of $0.09 per km to be paid on return of the motorhome. AdBlue is charged at $0.02 per km and paid with RUC’s Travel restrictions It drives like a car, standard car licence is all that is required. Drivers must hold a full , clean license and identification needs to be shown upon booking and pick up. Please do not drive on off-roading areas, beaches, unsealed roads, ski field access roads or prohibited NZTA listed roads. House rules Please treat our motorhome as you would your own. No smoking or vaping inside Leave the home tidy Refill with diesel prior to drop off Refill gas cylinders prior to drop off No cooking of food with strong odours. Deodorising fee of $100.00 will apply Soft luggage only to be stored inside, no bikes, scooters, skateboards etc. There is a garage area for these. Please wash off any sand before entering the home . A bucket is provided. A microwave can be supplied at request but can only be used if connected to mains power. It will be supplied with a full tank of fresh water and an empty tank of grey water . Please fill and empty both before returning Anything not mentioned, please just ask. We are friendly and helpful and want you to have an enjoyable and memorable journey.   We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in Nikkis awesome motorhome. Nikki was so friendly and helpful, the van was warm and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved having the flexibility to change our plans and move elsewhere when the weather deteriorated. We look forward to planning another trip in the future

  We had a great long weekend in Nikkis motor home. It was super tidy, modern, reliable and spacious. Our two boys felt like they were traveling first class! The home has everything you need so you can just pack your meals and hit the road!

  Excellent communication and trust from Nikki throughout the preparation for and during the rental. Good notes and video guides provided to reassure you what/how to treat the vehicle. Camper was well cleaned with ample linen and a sufficient inventory. There isnt a requirement to bring much additional kit with you. Although there is plenty of storage and a decent sized fridge. It is worth noting that this van (whilst being RHD) has the exit rear door on the Right hand side of the vehicle, which does impact how you enter/exit the vehicle on some busy roadsides. Not a deal breaker and we were happy for this compromise for the additional space and bunks beds; but it is worth noting. Otherwise the van is in good condition with a few bumps, snags and scrapes from rental use, so whilst it isnt as pristine as a more expensive new rental motorhome; you are getting a competitive deal and Nikki seems to be all over getting any identified issues repaired asap. A good hire, well worth it and would rent it again.
