Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing experience with the KanKan van , easily the best campervans weve ever had. It was so well set up and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cosy for a great nights sleep. One of the absolute highlights was having a hot shower after a swim, such a luxury and made the whole trip feel next level. Steve, the owner, was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was communicative, friendly, and incredibly understanding when we accidentally damaged the awning, which we really appreciated. His approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle, especially as we knew how much this would inconvenience him post the hire. Wed highly recommend both the KanKan van and hiring from Steve to anyone!
