Very nice and complete campervan! Its old and worn but everything works. We were with 2 adults and 2 kids which was a perfect fit as we had quite some room left. We rented 2 bikes with childrens seat which was quite nice.

We loved our holiday in this camper, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience for a family of 4! The fact we could leave the main bed made up and use the middle table and chairs for cards and meals meant there was enough space for everyone to chill. The main bed was a great size and length for folk on the taller side (hard to find these days) so hubby was happy! Dale was fantastic to deal with, freindly, flexible and provided a very detailed handover on how everything worked. There was excellent communication throughout our hire. Will be booking again for sure!

We spent 2,5 months in the campervan and want to highlight important things: Good things: - Good communication with Dale, quick response to questions and concerns. He even spent one afternoon to checlk out the steering for us. - Dale dropped off the campervan in Auckland and made it pretty easy to us, since we wanted to start our trip from there - a very good and detailed introduction - Campervan has plenty of room, 4 adults + 2 kids will be no problem - 400 Ah of battery power and 2 solar panels on roof (with a better fridge there will be no problem with power) - huge fresh and grey water tank, you can be autarc for many days - Diesel heat (we used it quite a lot and loved it) - Bbq grill was awesome - The Stove was very good Not so good things: - Old and runned down campervan; over 340.000km, former rental car, there is rust and dents everywhere. We got asked twice, if we had an accident (no, its just the condition of the van). - We had hundreds of ants in the campervan after taking it over, Dale tried to help, but we ended up buying embryotoxic poison (with my girlfriend being pregnant) to solve the problem. - We lost the cabinet door on the highway because the door brackets were old and porous. We had a speed of 80km/h and cars behind us. Luckily nobody got hurt. We were happy having Camplify on our side, they looked for a car shop and they did a good repair. But since we were in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday night, we had to fix the door temporarily. We ended up buying a lot of things for almost 100NZD and lost a day waiting for the car to be repaired. For this and the ants poison we never got paid back. Dale tried to convince us, that our insurance will take over for the repair cost. We denied, since this campervan is rugged down! - the left mirror is secured with a screw and duct tape. The mirror always moved while driving and was so annoying. We dont get, why those things arent taking cared for. - There are three toilet cassettes in the campervan. One wont fit because its wrong sided and one of the cassettes leaks. We constantly had toilet fluid and bad smell in the bathroom when we used one of the cassettes. So we used just one of 3 cassettes and the other one just in case we couldnt find a dump station close by - The fridge is very old and the lock is only a screw. That makes the door not closing properly anymore. So it needed a lot of battery power, had huge ice building and condensation water. After a couple weeks, we had to remove the ice on a daily base, because we couldnt close the fridge door anymore. We also had condensation water on our food, so we bought container to protect our food. - The campervan is not comfortable on long trips. Since the seats are sat through and the campervan being very loud with no entertainment on board, you will hate trips over 3 hours. - The condition of the campervan you see on camplify differs a lot from the actual condition (like there is no sink and the bathroom and others) - We ordered bed linen. They were okay, but the blankets in the campervan were disgustin. We had brown stains on them and they smelled bad. We washed them, but on the red blanket, we couldnt remove all of the brown stains. - the cabinet is pretty run down and not taking care off. Cabinet doors opened during the drive (my computer fell out of one, since the door didnt lock right), one other door barely opened We wouldnt take this campervan again. We met other travelers with better campervans for less money. If you are a big family and want to go on short trip, that could be the right campervan for you.
