Hiring rules

When requesting your booking, please let us know how many individuals will be traveling so we can cater for the right amount of towels and bedding.
A drop off and/or pickup in central Queenstown is included (I usually meet at the Boundary St car park).
Please allow 3060 minutes for the vehicle handover when you arrive.
Road user charges: Hirers are welcome to drive the van up to 200kms per day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire. Additional kms will be charged at 20c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
No offroad driving
No beach driving (you will get stuck!)
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on.
If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
The van and all equipment must be returned clean to the standard in which you collected the van, including waste water and toilet (no need to do laundry though, I will do this after the hire).
The van must be returned with a FULL tank of diesel (as it is when I drop it off). If it is not refilled before you return it then I will add on the cost of filling it up.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $205.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
