Additional information
I have up loaded a couple of pictures of a similar layout to the photos to give you an idea. Barry has a slightly different design as his bathroom is bigger with a separate shower. With the bathroom being bigger, it takes away on of the seating positions on the right. Hope this makes sense…
Hiring rules
- Pets will be considered
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- NO driving on Unsealed Roads including ski access roads
- South Island only
- We are non smokers, so please respect this with No Smoking or vaping in or near the camper..
- Our expectations are the following be adhered to before bringing our camper back:
- Please remove all personal belongings
- all rubbish is removed
- the fridge is empty & clean
- all surfaces wiped
- dishes are cleaned and put away
- floors are swept
- beds are stripped and used linen & towels in the bathroom
- toilet cassette is emptied and clean
- return fuel full of DIESEL
- LPG cylinder is full on pick up so please return filled which can be done at a local service station.
- grey water tank is empty on pick up so please return empty.
- Failure to return Big Barry clean and tidy will result in excess cleaning fee of $150.00 being applied.
- We allow an average of 200km per day Road User Charges (RUC) included in hireage. Additional kms will be charged at 45cents per km and charged on completion of the hire (the mileage will be checked on the odometer during pre departure check and again on return).

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
