Hiring rules
- 1: All hirers must be over the age of 21 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
- 2: No smoking in the vehicle or under the awning. Will result in excess cleaning fees
- 3: No Pets permitted.
- 4: Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks
- 5: The vehicle must be returned clean—dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, and sand or dirt swept out. (A cleaning option is available if needed.)
- 6: RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer or hub reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
- 7: . Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitume roads(b) Vehicles are not permitted on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula). Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
