We like the top of the South Island, particularly Kaiteriteri which has lots of bike tracks, walking tracks and a beautiful beach. Lovely beach front restaurant and you can do day trips on boats. Wineries are close by and the weather is usually settled. Then you have Queenstown/ Arrowtown which has awesome scenery, vineyards, heaps to do and then you can visit Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound via Te Anau. We prefered Doubtful Sound but they are both very scenic. Other places to visit include Hanmer Springs 2 hours from Christchurch, then Kaikoura for watching whales. The West Coast is really scenic with good roads. Mt Cook, Tekapo are great places to visit. Invercargill has a fantastic truck/ motorcycle museum.

• RUC charges $9.00 per 100km payable on completion of the hire.
• CLEANING Please return the van in clean and tidy condition.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL DO NOT put AD Blue in the tank!!

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The van was everything we expected - ran like a dream and really well kitted out with good quality gear and plenty of extras.   The campervan was incredibly clean and well-organized. It had almost everything we needed, so we had a comfortable road trip without any inconvenience. The bedding was excellent, and even though I tend to get cold easily, I was able to sleep comfortably. We also received a lot of help from Neal, even before our trip began. I was especially grateful for the immediate support when we faced an issue during our journey. If we go on another campervan trip, we would definitely choose Sundance again!
