For a smooth and enjoyable experience, here are some important details about The Mystic Manor: • Christchurch Airport Pickup: We offer convenient pickups directly from Christchurch Airport, making it easy to start your adventure as soon as you land. • Comprehensive Handover: We’ll provide a thorough handover at the start of your rental, explaining how everything works—from the electric drop-down bed to the kitchen appliances and satellite dish—so you feel confident using all the features of the motorhome. • Support On the Road: Should you have any questions or need assistance during your trip, we’re just a phone call away for support. • Driving: At just 7 meters long, The Mystic Manor is easy to drive and park, even if this is your first time driving a motorhome. We’ll give you driving tips and information about parking at campsites. • Bike Rack: If you’re planning to bring bikes, let us know ahead of time so we can ensure it’s ready for you. • Gas and Water: The vehicle will come with a full gas bottle and water tank, and we’ll explain how to refill these as needed during your trip. • Seasonal Minimums apply as per the calender. No Pick Ups or Drop Offs on Christmas Day. We want you to have the best experience possible, and we’re here to ensure everything runs smoothly!

Hiring rules

1. No smoking or vaping: For the comfort of all renters, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
2. No Pets: A nopet policy helps prevent damage or allergies for future renters.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The vehicle is only licensed to carry up to four passengers.
4. Fuel and Water: It is a requirement of rental that you return the motorhome with a full fuel tank, two full gas bottles, an empty greywater tank, and an empty toilet cassette.
5. If the toilet cassette has not been emptied, and/or the clenliness of the of the vehicle is not up to standard, an additional cleaning fee (up to $200.00 NZD) will be applied. The cost of the additional cleaning fee will be determined by the amount of work required to clean the vehicle. Instructions will be provided during the handover regarding this.
6. Driving: The vehicle is 7 meters long and requires careful handling. Drivers must have a valid, full driver’s license.
7. Road Restrictions: Vehicles shall only be driven on sealed or wellmaintained, unsealed public roads. Driving on private roads or unmaintained surfaces e.g. on a beach or on a road leading through a riverbed or stream is not covered, which means the hirer remains fully liable for the value of the vehicle in case of an incident. THE FOLLOWING ROADS ARE CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS AND ARE EXEMPT FROM INSURANCE COVER. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE ON ANY OF THESE ROADS AS IT FORFEITS EVEN THE BASIC INSURANCE COVER NORMALLY INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE:

8. No Towing: The motorhome is not equipped for towing additional trailers or vehicles.
9. Cleaning: Please return the motorhome clean and tidy. We expect basic cleaning of the interior, with all rubbish disposed of. A cleaning fee may apply if returned in an unsatisfactory condition, as stated above.
10. Accidents or Damage: Please notify us and Camplify Support immediately of any accidents, damage, or breakdowns. We or Camplify Support will guide you through the next steps and provide assistance if necessary.
11. Travel within New Zealand: The vehicle can only be used within New Zealand, with dropoff required in Christchurch, or as otherwise agreed.
12. Road tolls, fines and fees: You are responsible for paying all road tolls, fines and fees incurred during the length of your hire.
13. Return time: Please return the vehicle at the agreed time. Lateness will incur a fee to be charged per day of lateness.

Hire Fee: From $349.00 per day
Service fee: $130.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
