Please note - this motorhome has manual transmission. Please note - the motorhome is hired with a maximum of 4 guests.. Outdoor table and chairs included in the daily hire rate. Portable BBQ included in daily hire rate. Bike rack for 2 bikes included in the daily hire rate. Choose to relax with 2 outdoor bean bags, included in the daily hire rate - Please make us aware you would like these included.

Hiring rules

• Please familiarise yourself with the hiring rules, exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• HIRER age restrictions minimum age of 25 on a full license.
• PLEASE NO OFFROAD DRIVING The motorhome can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads.
• NO SMOKING inside the van a deodorisation fee of $350.00 will be deducted from your bond if the campervan is returned smelling of smoke.
• PETS Sorry no pets.
• AWNING AND OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT Should be packed away before sleeping and before windy or wet weather rolls in. Please keep an eye on weather forecasts.
• ROOF HATCHES – Please check from the outside of the van that all roof hatches are closed, and awning is away, before departing.
• UNDER CAMPERVAN – Please also take a look under the campervan to ensure nothing is left behind and the external step is up for a safe departure. If an alarm is sounding when you turn on the vehicle ignition, the step is down and needs to be put up to stop the alarm sounding.
• SPOTTER This is someone who gets out of the vehicle, checks the surroundings and helps guide the van. Please use one when parking, reversing or leaving a site. This is by far the best way to avoid any hazards causing damage.
• CLEANING The vehicle must be returned clean. Please remove all rubbish and leave the van reasonably clean and tidy, cooking equipment, cutlery, pots and pans washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, floors swept clean. excessive cleaning on return will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300.00. Likewise, if the bbq has been used, it should be cleaned before, otherwise a $150.00 fee will be charged.
• FUEL – All hires include a full diesel tank and full LPG bottles upon departure. The motorhome is to be returned with a full tank of diesel & the LPG bottles full. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $195.00 being charged.
• WASTE TANKS – on return of the motorhome, the toilet and toilet cassette are to be clean and empty, the grey wastewater tank emptied and the fresh water tank filled. Failure to do so will result in a Fee of $195.00 being charged – Tanks can be emptied at the BP Marshlands, corner Prestons and Marshlands Road. Sorry no facilities to undertake this at the drop off location, so it needs to be done prior.
• TAXES RUCs (Road User Charges) are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km.
• DRIVING OFFENCES Any driving offences/related charges; including but not limited to, parking tickets, speeding tickets, bus lane offences etc, will be deducted from the bond or transferred to the hirer on return.
• OFF LIMITS The motorhome shall not be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), The Crown Range Road/Cardrona Valley Road (between Arrow Junction to Cardrona), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), Wanaka –Mt Aspiring Road beyond exit to Treble Cone, The Forgotten Highway (State Highway 43 from Taumarunui to Stratford), and North of Colville and Waikawau Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• ONE WAY HIRES Sorry, no oneway hires are permitted.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
