Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the vehicle
• No going off road on gravel or sand
• No Pets
• Linen & Towels provided for an additional charge of $60.00 per booking
• Return vehicle as you found it (clean and tidy)
• Return vehicle with full diesel tank
• Only Licensed drivers aged 25 with minimum 3 years full license
• Only authorized drivers and registered additional drivers are allowed to operate the motorhome
• Please ensure the water tank and toilet cassette are returned empty and cleaned; failure to do so may result in an excess cleaning fee of $250.00.
• Please notify us of any incidents, damages, or breakages during your hire so that these can be repaired/replaced for the next hire
• RUC (Road user charges) are additional to your daily rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled. Calculated via the odometer reading and charged on return.

  We rented Anne and Andres camper for three weeks, traveling from the top of the North Island all the way to the bottom of the South Island, and it couldnt have been a better experience. They were super accommodating right from the start pickup and drop-off were seamless, and they even picked us up personally from the airport. Communication was always quick and helpful, which made everything incredibly easy. The van itself was perfect for long-term travel. The beds were comfy, there was tons of storage, and it had absolutely everything you need for freedom camping. The solar setup and toilet meant we could comfortably go up to four days without visiting a dump station. It also came stocked with so many thoughtful extras outdoor chairs, flashlights, mosquito repellent, and every piece of cooking equipment you could imagine. The van is well maintained, reliable, and the perfect size for a cozy stay, especially on those cold or rainy South Island days. We felt comfortable, warm, and completely equipped the entire trip. Overall, an outstanding camper and truly wonderful hosts. Wed 100% rent from Anne and Andre again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our trip in Van Go. The campervan was perfectly maintained and spacious, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first campervan experience to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and they went above and beyond, including leaving us a surprise hamper. It was so unexpected and thoughtful. We tripped all over Whangarei and Golf Harbour. We loved it! We will definitely go out again with Van Go!
