Our campervan has some of favourite board games and DVD for your entertainment, also complimentary bottled water will be provided. If you are hiring for long term let us know, we have special deal for more than 4 weeks. ( Appy in low season - June to September) We are sponsored by "Motorhome Repairs Auckland 2021 Ltd."

Hiring rules

• *Please treat the campervan with respect like own your on as we love to share this space for the best enjoyment for ourselves and others!
• 1. No Smoking inside or near entrance/ no festivals and parties.
• 2. No offroad driving/ beach driving/ extended driving on gravel road.
• 3. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing ( in Camplify messages) before the trip begins.
• 4. Hirer age restrictions to over 25 years old
• 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and do not use when it's windy day. Do not leave awning unattended when you leave the van.
• 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned/ empty toilet cassette and waste water tank or you will risk a cleaning fee $250.00.
• 7. Standard pickup time/drop off times are in between 8am to 3pm, request for outside of these hours can be pre arranged.
• 8. While cooking inside van must use the rangehood and ventilation to be opened.
• 9. Any cooking generating smoke or strong odours are not permitted inside of van, can use the gas BBQ cooker at the outdoor instead.
• 10. Pets only upon application (small to medium sized dogs which under 26kg and it must toilet trained, dogs not allowed sleeping on the beds or seats, no cats) extra cleaning fee $80.00 applies.
• 11. Any damage/Accident must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will required.
• 12. Diesel and gas bottle must return with full tank.
• 13. No suitcases/sports gears/heavy objects inside of van, must store in the storage rear of the van.
• 14. Road user charges/toll payment are additional to your hire and RUC charged at 9c per Km travelled. You will pay in person at the post check.
• 15. Max speed limit is 90Km/h on motorways for our campervan.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  It was a great experience. Jasons campervan accompanied us through New Zealand for four weeks without any problems. Jason was a great host.

  Our 3 weeks in the Motorhome could not have gone better. No issues and everything worked perfectly. Went everywhere we wanted to and communication with Jason was prompt and easy through the campify app. Would highly recommended hiring this van for a family of 4 it was perfect

  As first time RVers we were a bit hesitant when the vehicle arrived but Jason and Natalia made us feel at ease with their super helpful walkthrough. The vehicle itself was a dream to drive - great visibility, comfortable and good pickup (considering its size). It handled the tight, narrow roads up north surprisingly well. Inside had everything we could need. We stocked the large fridge with pre-made meals from Farro and had no problem heating them up on the hob and inside the oven. Having our beds already set up made the evenings a breeze. We stayed nice and toasty overnight, even during our winter trip. Most importantly, our pup enjoyed her first trip up North! It was so nice to be able to bring her with us! Many thanks to Jason and Natalia.

  Although the weather was a bit against us, we were nice and cozy in the camper, with enough room for the whole family, including our furry companion. We will surely look to do another trip with Hello Campers.

  We had a wonderful holiday despite a few hiccups which were dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. The Camplify app does not provide much clarity about some details during the hiring and post-hiring process, which can be frustrating at times, but the helpline assisted with our queries. We had a great time overall and are already thinking about future trips. Exploring NZ in a motorhome was a dream come true and an experience we'd certainly recommend.
