Hiring rules

• Please allow 30 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures
• No pets, allowed inside the Motorhome Please confirm that all drivers are over the age of 25 and hold a full valid licence
• Any driving offences/related charges; including but not limited to, parking tickets, speeding tickets, bus lane offences etc, will be deducted from the bond or transferred to the hirer on return.
• No smoking inside the van or under the awning will result in extra cleaning fee
• Motorhome to be returned with full tank of diesel & LPG bottles, toilet cleaned and emptied, grey water//waste water tank emptied and fresh water filled.Toilet not emptied will result in extra charges of $200.00.
• Please remove all rubbish and leave the van reasonably clean and tidy.
• RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
• Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitume roads(b) Vehicles are not permitted on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had an epic trip around NZ in Ayreens van. Oodles of space, loaded with adequate accessories, comfortable beds and the Mercedes mowed down the highways with ease.

  Upon booking the camper communication between us and the owner was great, very nice, friendly, and able to anwser any questions we had. When we picked up the camper it had apparently been involved a small accident prior in which the front of the vehicle had some damage. Not a real problem but was not mentioned until we got there. The only problem I had was we had paid for 4 nights at 3 different powered campsites, however each campsite we stayed at I was unable to receive power. I tried troubleshooting best I could, made sure the plugs were fully inserted and the breakers were on, yet our battery would still loose charge. I even asked for assistance from another camper. Communication between us and the owner was still good however the problem was not resolved. Besides that we had an amazing trip, the van is very spacious and drives well. The big windows around the rear bed made for amazing views to wake up to every morning.

  We had an amazing time. Van was just as described and perfect for our trip. The owners were very helpful and even came out of their way to fix a small issue for us. Would definitely recommend this van !!

  We had a wonderful time with this camper. It comes with everything that we needed to enjoy our trip around the North island. The owners were really nice. They were very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, before the rental and during our trip. They dropped us back to the airport after we returned the van. We highly recommend renting this camper.
