Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779 they call the AA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van for long trips.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• COOKING GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations.
• WASTEWATER TANK Return EMPTY
• FRESHWATER TANK Return FULL
• BLACK WASTEWATER TANK Return EMPTY
• Road User Charges (RUC)
• Road User Charges only apply to diesel vehicles. They are charged posthire, on all kilometres driven, at a rate of $9.00 per 100 kilometres ($0.09 per kilometre). This distance is calculated using the change in odometer value between pickup and dropoff. These values are recorded on the signed vehicle pickup and dropoff forms, filled in with the owner. RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km Payable by Cash or Camplify Will deduct on completion of the hire.

  This camper is very well specd. The consideration of extra engine power haul under load when you have full tanks and people on board. The owner has thought of alot of wee extras and tweaks which make it amazing. Its a vehicle to feel so proud of when you turn up to a site due to the care and attention this van has. You feel like it is your own and dont want to damage its perfect exterior and lovely interior. We were a party of 4, one couple, sister & mum so the configurations worked for us.   Wonderful experience. The van was terrific for myself, my wife and two kids. The van was easy to drive and had everything we needed. Andy was extremely helpful and friendly. The van made for one of our best family holidays ever (confirmed by the kids!)
