TOWING RULES. TOW VEHICLE - Must be rated to tow a minimum caravan weight of 1250kg (See https://www.aa.co.nz/cars/owning-a-car/towing/towing-weights/ to check your vehicle) EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call AA who can be reached via 0800 799 799 extension 4. They will advise the Hirer how to get assistance DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. USE OF CARAVAN RULES - No smoking or vaping inside the caravan - For Pets, please use coverings to prevent the need for extra cleaning.

Additional information
All my caravans require a 50mm Hi-rise tow ball which I supply and help you fit when you collect. The caravan comes with a power lead for use in a campground. If you are wanting to plug into a house you will need a certified adaptor. This is available if you need one.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cheryl 5.0We had a great little holiday in the caravan I hired, really nice and tidy and quite big for a 3 berth. Paul was awesome to deal with real nice guy, also very flexible with returning caravan. I would totally recommend hiring one of Pauls caravans. Camplify is a great service I would definitely use you guys again and have recommended this site to family.

Alison 5.0Over 5 amazing weeks, we took the Elddis on a lap of NZ from Tauranga to Queenstown via Coromandel, Tongariro NP, Marlborough, the West Coast, Otago, Mt Cook, Kaikoura and more back up to Tauranga. It was a sturdy yet very comfortable caravan that felt just like home. Pauls support and friendly advice was first class. Cant wait to come back and explore what we didnt get to this time.
