TOWING RULES. TOW VEHICLE - Must be rated to tow a minimum caravan weight of 1250kg (See https://www.aa.co.nz/cars/owning-a-car/towing/towing-weights/ to check your vehicle) TOW VEHICLE DRIVER - Must have experience towing trailers, caravans or similar. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call AA who can be reached via 0800 799 799 extension 4. They will advise the Hirer how to get assistance DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. USE OF CARAVAN RULES - No smoking or vaping inside the caravan - For Pets, please use coverings to prevent the need for extra cleaning.

Additional information
Minimum booking is 3 days then 7 days from 17th December to 4th February The caravan comes with a power lead for use in a campground. If you are wanting to plug into a house you will need a certified adaptor. This is available if you need one.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Herstall 5.0Great van, plenty of room for two, used the van for a tour of Northland over just under 4 weeks, was easy to pack up to move to next destination, battery was sufficient for non connected use for at least 4 to 5 days. Paul was very easy to work with.
