It need a 50mm high rise tow ball. we can provide 50mm high rise tow ball for free use if you need. Please remove your old one before you pickup, that will save your more time. If you can't, don't worry, just come ,I can help.

Hiring rules

  • While we want to supply you with the most comfort, we realised our guests quite enjoy their sleep when they bring their own pillows, sheets and blankets. But in case someone do need the linen, we can also provided for an additional charge of $90.00 per booking
  • The bed will have a waterproof cover provided that must be kept on the beds please.
  • No South Island trips please. No offroad and No gravel road please!
  • Suitable for family holidays, weekend getaways, events and extra accommodation for friends or relatives.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Had a wonderful holiday but be prepared to bring everything with you right down to drinking glasses and dishwashing liquid. Also sent out with empty gas bottles which was a bit disappointing. Excellent communication from the owner however, who tried to help as much as he could with the operational problems the caravan was having.

    We absolutely loved our holiday in Hope! 2 adults, 4 year old and 18 month old fit in there perfectly for nearly 2 weeks. Robert was so lovely and the caravan looked brand new when we picked it up. Great caravan! Thanks Robert!

    Great family van for going to campgrounds. We had a wonderful stay at Otorohonga, Fitzroy and Waitomo. The caravan performed well and is easy to tow and use.
