Hiring rules

  • No Smoking or Vaping Allowed in the campervan
  • Vehicle and equipment to be returned clean
  • Milage will be charged out at $0.10 Per Kilometer
  • DIESEL VEHICLE Return vehicle with a full tank of diesel, Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 fueling fee
  • Allow 1 hour for pick up and drop off
  • Toilet and grey water tank to be emptied prior to dop off, failure to do so will result in a $150.00 Cleaning fee
  • Any damages or accidents need to be reported within 12hours.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
