BBQ available (Outdoor use - please advise if needed) Children's camp bunks available for hire ($40.00 - Under 10's) Awning set up available ($50.00 set up charge) Long bookings accepted Board games and books available If you hire the awning it must be CAREFULLY erected and packed down by the hirer. If you hire the AWNING and it has rained please advise me on return so I can dry it out. If hiring the AWNING for sleeping you will need to provide your own camp stretchers. Alternatively we a set of children's camp bunks available for hire. If you have any questions at all or just want to talk through options please don't hesitate to drop us a line.

Hiring rules

• No smoking or vaping
• No indoor cooking
• Pets (only on application)
• No candles
• No offroad/beach use or extended driving on gravel roads
• Driving on unsealed roads must be approved (in Camplify msgs) before hire starts
• No hire for festivals
• Only water down sink
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Vehicle must be returned clean, (unless a cleaning fee has been paid)
• Standard pick up time 2pm (Can be negotiated)
• Standard drop off time 12pm (Can be negotiated)
• No freedom camping
• Any damage must be notified immediately
• Cooking gas must be returned full
• Payment of a deposit must be made within 48 hours of your booking being approved or booking may be cancelled

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Rosemary is the best caravan Ive hired. Easy to tow, gorgeous inside, shes a real head turner. Mike was very clear with the process of setting up and communicated a couple of tiny issues, everything went without a problem. Massive thanks.

  Our family had a wonderful holiday in Rosemary. The van towed well, was easy to set up, had everything you needed for your holiday, and was very comfortable. The communication and handover from Amy and Mike was very thorough, and they were available for queries at any time if needed. Was a great experience.
