Hiring rules
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- 1. No offroad driving, beach driving, or extended gravel roads.
- 2. No smoking inside the vehicle.
- 3. Vehicle must be returned cleaned.
- Car washed.
- Grey water tank must be cleaned and emptied.
- Toilet should be cleaned & emptied.
- Dishes are washed and floors are cleaned.
- Gas tank must be refilled if using the pre installed Gas tank.
- Otherwise you can bring/buy your own gas tank to use during your hire .
- Fees appy if above are not complied. $130.00 cleaning fee, $120.00 toilet cleaning,
- Gas tank replacement $50.00.
- 4. Standard pickup time are from 7am onwards . Please allow 30 minutes to complete pick up procedures.
- 5. Dropoff times are Strictly before 5pm. Please let us know the time for your drop off. Pease allow 30 minutes to complete drop off procedures.
- 6. Take special care in driving and consider the weather conditions. (strong wind, heavy rain or snow.)
- 7. Always follow speed limit.
- 8. Camplify Road restrictions apply as follows:
- a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed roads.
- b) Vehicles are not permitted on the following roads: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
- 9. Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads.
- 10. Any damage must be reported immediately via Camplify app or call on their hotline– who, what, where and when will be required.
- Call Camplify on 03 668 1211 and select option 4 to be connected to our roadside partner, or NZRA Camplify line on +64 9414 7305.
- 11. Please secure the Fresh water container, Grey water container and steps with the provided while driving on road to avoid damaged inside the caravan.
- 12. Please place and secure all your stuffs in the front side of the caravan. Avoiding weight at the back part as much as possible. To balance weight while towing.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
