The towing car need to have towing capacity more than 1300kg. The towing car needs tow ball suitable for UK caravans. Taylor is a UK caravan and need a UK tow bar. Be aware that small NZ trailer uses a smaller town bar. Check your towing vehicle with an expert.
Hiring rules
- No Smoking in the van. Please for small damages like break a handle, plates, or little things bring some cash at your discretion. This will help the small repairs without going for a claim.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
