Hiring rules

  • This Camper is intended for use in the Coromandel Region only so please note that there is a Daily maximum kilometer allowance: 100 km/day. Additional kilometers charged at $1.00 per km.
  • Strictly no Smoking or Vaping inside the van
  • Please open side door if you choose to cook inside
  • The van and all equipment must be returned clean to the standard in which you collected the van. Excessive additional cleaning on the van's return will incur additional charges.
  • The van must be returned full of Petrol
  • The grey water tank must be returned empty
  • The gas canister provided for cooking must be returned full of gas
  • The toilet must be returned empty and clean. Failure to do this will incur a fee of $500.00.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
