Manual drive (can be driven with regular licence) with colour reversing camera. Has lots of grunt, perfect for maneuvering steep and winding NZ roads. Excellent condition and well maintained. Very roomy with plenty of storage. Able to run through everything before you set off and we've even created an easy-read manual to make your use of our camper as simple as possible. Permanent double bed over cab, 2 singles or SUPER KING bed in back. Seat belts for 7 (3 in front and 4 in rear). U shaped lounge at back with removable dining table comfortably seats 8. Solar panels, gas oven, cooktop and fridge makes it comfortable off the grid. Microwave requires power. All plates, glasses, and other essentials are included as well as outdoor table & chairs. Diesel heater for cold nights and insulated panels for front cab to keep heat out or in as preferred. Bike racks on the back for all the toys. Good storage in external side panels. Enjoy a movie or two on the TV with DVD player (choose from our selection of DVDs to take away with you). Bedding can be supplied for an additional fee. Satellite WIFI also available. You are welcome to leave your car/vehicle with us during your hire. We have off street parking available. Camper features include: - Manual drive (can be driven with regular licence) with colour reversing camera & sensors - One fixed double bed and table area easily converts into super king bed. - Large interior & exterior storage space. - Full galley kitchen includes fridge, gas hob and gas oven. - Full-shower & toilet (Certified as fully self-contained) - USB connections and wifi internet can be provided for extra fee. - Diesel heating will keep you warm on those colder evenings. - Solar panel means you can enjoy freedom camping with minimal to no nightly camping charges. - DVD player. - Very economical as it operates on diesel which is significantly cheaper than regular gasoline in New Zealand. - Bike rack for 3-4 bikes (size dependant).

Additional information

As we are charged for road taxes for each km driven we need to pass this on - the cost is is 9cents per kilometre driven. These are payable to us on the last day of hire so please have some cash on hand for that reimbursement. We require the motorhome to be returned by 4pm please unless previously arranged.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our holiday in this campervan was amazing - we had never hired a campervan in our lives and we are now seriously looking at hiring again. A good intro into a slightly older campervan, but we loved it and managed 4 days in Northland in various camp grounds - loved the huge bed and all the necessities inside, having a manual drive campervan was great for going up hills, and having the ability to take both of our bikes on the back, as well as my husbands Wing Foiling gear inside on the spare bed above the cab - also having wifi was fantastic as we were both able to work from the campervan when needed or watch movies at night. We don't travel without our dog Stanley so it was perfect to be able to have him with us all the way!

    My son and I had a wonderful adventure in this motorhome, it was easy to drive and had good visibility for manoeuvring. Inside was so comfy with a great layout and everything worked perfectly, with all that you need for a home away from home. I Highly recommend Sweet As Motor!!
