Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jean-Camille 5.0We had an awesome trip across the South Island with Lighty. Isabell was super clear when we picked the van up and she communicated all along the two weeks to know how things were going. Just be prepared to be passed on steep roads, Lighty likes to take her time when going up :)
