Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Ronni's owners first, then if necessary call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Take photos. If another vehicle is involved, get their contact details and Driver License number. Do not change tyres or other mechanical parts unless authorised by owners first.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Unsealed Roads 10km limit / NO Rivers, Streams, Creeks, River beds.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, Terms and Conditions of the booking.
• 200km travel limit per day 50cents charged for each additional km travelled, (eg 5day hire x 200km = 1000km, additional costs when exceeding 1000kms).
• FUEL Return full of UNLEADED 91 All hires include a full tank at the start of your journey
• CLEANING – Bring Ronni back as you found her! Clean inside & out, all equipment & toilet and grey water tank, or an extra cleaning fee up to $270.00 will apply. Cleaning supplies provided.
• If you select our posttrip cleaning service you are still responsible for emptying & cleaning the Grey Water (sink water) container before returning, or an extra cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply.
• No Smoking or Vaping inside the Camper
• No festivals
• No pets or pets allowed only upon application
• No cooking inside the Camper
• Roll away the Awning in windy weather
• Hirer & all drivers must be 21 years of age or older
• No Charge for Bedding and towels (the owners provide free laundry service at end of hire for their bedding and towels)
• No Charge for Roads Tolls
• No Charge Gas Bottles – if empty during your hire refilled from petrol stations, and keep receipt and you will be reimbursed at end of your hire.

  lovely! van was a lovely temperature, we were never cold even in the south island.

  Ronni was the perfect van for our 28 day trip through the north and the south island. We (couple, 40y) are used to live in a T5 back in Europe and we spent over a month searching, before we decided to go with ronni. The van has everything you need in a small space, comfortable bed, good cookers, pans, pots, dishes, cutlery etc., enough fresh water, big enough grey water tank and then lots of small details like super comfortable pillows, nice lights for outside, big awning (we played 2 hours board games in the rain), frisbee, insect screens to leave the door open but still be at peace in the night, headlamps, towels etc. etc. Marie and Glenn even added a warm water shower (to be taken outside, they added a shower tent too) and a bike rack, even let us borrow their bikes. furthermore they were very nice and clear in communicating (it's not easy to find the right thing when you're 12000km away and have no clue what it's gonna be like) and were very open to explain, discuss and find solutions. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. We would book again immediately!

  Our Holiday was EPIC a Roadie that flowed with ease thanks to Ronnie the Campervan. Ronnie, far exceeded our expectations. Ronnie was fantastic to drive and had all the bells and whistles Ronnie came with so many luxury items, we didn't get a chance to use even half of what was provided. The bed was super comfortable and the Kitchen area was kitted out with everything you could think of. With Ronnie running on Solar Power it certainly gave us a comfortable Roadie. Our next Roadie we will certainly be rebooking Ronnie again and looking forward to it already.

  We had the most wonderful trip in Ronni. Marie and Glenn were extremely generous and kind, driving us in their own car to and from our airport and hotel stops, and remaining in constant contact via Whatsapp for questions and recommendations while we were on the road. They have put a lot of thought and care into Ronni. We had absolutely everything we needed, from awning, mozzie nets, various gadgets, lights and cooking utensils. This was amazing given we were coming from overseas so didnt need to bring or purchase anything for a camping set up. The fit out of Ronni is very modern and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable for two tall aussies. The van itself drives really well, with bluetooth making navigation and music easy, and we had no mechanical mis-haps. Highly recommend booking with Marie and Glenn for a NZ road trip! Thanks again!

  Such a lovely van to spend the weekend away in. It had everything we needed provided. Bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were a lovely bonus! Battery kept everything going all night. Van was nice and easy to drive and has a good reverse camera. Good storage space in the back for your bags too.
