Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Katrin Harriet 4.5Faith is a great van to spend a vacation in. We loved sleeping in and driving with the van. The communication with Robert was good! Unfortunately the alternator broke five days before we had to hand the van back and we could not enjoy all days. But Robert and Camplify helped us perfectly.

Davy 4.8Faith was a blast to drive with! She drove really smooth and got me everywhere I wanted on both Islands! When the car broke down, Camplify and Robert where both very helpfull and got me back on track quick! Faith had everything I needed for my five weeks of travelling. The only thing I did not know was that it had an air matres, which could get cold at night or even deflate. Robert was gratefull for the feedback and is planning on changing it! Robert was amazing, had Coffee with him when I returned Faith and even brought me to the bus station in Hamilton!
