If you new to NZ and require a SIM card, We can provide one for you free of charge but let us know prior so we can arrange one for you.

We offer pick up and drop off service to airport let us know if you would like this service.

Hiring rules
- ☑️No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
- ☑️Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
- ☑️No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
- ☑️Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- ☑️Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee
- ☑️ Toilet must be cleaned properly in return if you use it.
- ☑️Any damage must be reported immediately
- ☑️Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- ☑️Cooking gas must to be returned fullrefilled
- ☑️Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
- ☑️Fuel – return filled with unleaded fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
