Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rosina 5.0Flo was great for our little road trip around the South Island! She drove easily and CarPlay made navigating super easy. The layout of the van was great and had all the space that we needed for travelling with two suitcases. Everything in the van was functional, George was very helpful and easily contactable, and wed happily rent Florence again :)

He gave a great run through of all features at the beginning of the hire and even dropped me back at the airport at the end! The van was well-equipped with almost everything I needed and was perfect for my trip. Would definitely rent again!
