Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Oscar 5.0Super comfy and easy to drive. Rebecca and Peter were really nice and they answered our concerns straight away. The van had a little issue and they made a huge effort to solve it as soon as possible.They picked us up from the airport and dropped us back. Amazing experience! 10/10
Marguerite 5.0Aroha was better than expected. Rebecca had supplied everything you basically need with chocolate treats on top. The van performed well , was spacious enough for two and even as a 70+ couple we managed well climbing into the ample double bed. I will definitely hire again. This time I'll forget sleeping bags and powered caravan sites and find the freedom camping areas. Very competitively priced. Great for solo or couple. Rebecca is lovely to deal with
