Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200 km Allowance: 1000 km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 50c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
• FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Me and my partner absolutely loved luna, she was perfect for our trip around the north island. Comfy bed, runs well and was great to be able to open the back door and take in all the views of the lakes we stopped at. Would highly recommend, and thank you caz for being super helpful and communicative since booking her :) will definitely use her again when we come back!

  This van ran well mechanically for our entire trip. Internally it fell well short of the images on the Camplify promo (not really a big surprise). Externally the van was not well maintained, eg the left -wing mirror was stuck on with gaffer tap, also the rear door handle had been broken and replaced with gaffer tap. Inside, the van was clean, 'though the curtains were stained; the outside had not been washed in quite a while, eg cobwebs around the mirrors. The internal rear view mirror was very loose, again poor maintenance but easily fixed with a screwdriver. Sunshade was missing from the LH side of the windscreen, making it impossible to secure the sunscreen on a very warm day. Due to a mix-up on our part we returned the van a day late - we were charged for the late return, and reported by the owner to Camplify - fair enough I suppose, but did she have to be so rude about it? Never again.
