Gus is not certified self-contained however we recommend downloading the CamperMate and Rankers app and using the DOC website or Penny to find somewhere to camp. Also the Gaspy app for finding the cheapest fuel. Hirers are welcome to take Gus up to 200 km a day-averaged out over the duration of the hire- eg 4 day hire=800 km. Additional km will charged at 50c a km. No off-roading or beach driving. Gus will come with a full tank of 91 petrol please return full. Please take all your belongings and rubbish with you and empty the grey tank. And do the dishes. We will do the laundry. Pick-up/drop-off 7am-7pm Valid full license required to drive for each driver. Pull over immediately if the engine lights come on. Or if an accident occurs get off the road safely and call Camplify then call us. Pick up/drop-off is in Torbay-approximately 45mins from airport. Not available for 1 way hires. We have another camper listed- Milly-check her out too

  Gus is an awesome little camper, equipped with everything you need for happy driving and cooking. Lee and Rex have lovingly put together a very comfortable and budget friendly package. They are a super friendly and helpful in all instances. I got a great handover and check ins along the way. I am 165cm and was super comfortable to drive and sleep in Gus. There's homemade curtains set up for total privacy or to take down entirely, bedding was comfortable and warm. I got compliments every time I had the back up and was preparing food and drinks. The little kitchen had absolutely everything I needed and more! I managed to park near toilets and not having a toilet on board wasn't an issue for me, would absolutely hire again. Thanks Lee for a wonderful experience!
