Please note that Mountain Holiday, our classic 1970 caravan, is not self-contained. It does not include bathroom facilities or onboard wastewater systems. For your convenience, we recommend booking campsites with access to restroom and shower facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Hiring rules
- 1. Pets:
- Pets are welcome, subject to prior approval.
- Please provide details about your pet, including the breed and a photo, when applying.
- 2. No Smoking:
- Smoking inside the caravan is strictly prohibited to maintain its classic charm and cleanliness.
- 3. Cleanliness:
- The caravan must be returned in a clean condition. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- 4. Damage Reporting:
- Any damage to the caravan must be reported immediately, including details on who was involved, what happened, when it occurred, and where the damage is located.
- 5. Deposit:
- A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking approval to secure your reservation. Bookings without deposits may be cancelled.
- 6. Cooking:
- To preserve the caravan's condition, we recommend cooking outside or using campground kitchen facilities.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cleo 5.0This worked out perfectly for us as we had a wedding in country Fielding. We organized for the camper to delivered and picked up which saved us having to worried about the towing. It got cold out at the wedding venue however the camper kept us quite warm. Only qualm, on the 2nd day the camper collapsed underneath us and had bent the tow wheel that, unknown to us, had been supporting all of our weight. I believe it wasn't set up properly and the front stands hadn't been pulled out. This wasn't really an inconvenience for us however will be more of an issue for Judith. Overall, well worth it. Thanks so much. Will definitely use again and would recommend. Cheers
