Cosy Caravan with all the modern conveniences. Gas or 240V Fridge, Gas Oven, Hotplates, and Heating System, 12V TV and Surround Sound System with Subwoofer, Arcade Games, DVD Player, Solar Panels, Gas or 240V Hot Water Cylinder, etc. Will work completely off grid with gas and 12V Solar Panels, or plug in to standard 240V Power Plug with supplied cables and adaptor. 32" TV with firestick for youtube and netflix, etc if you have wifi or can hotspot your phone. If no wifi or hotspot available there is a good selection of DVD's, plus hundreds of old school arcade games built in. The entertainment system runs from 12V with solar charging. Two single beds or drop down the front draws and slide out the centre piece to make a large super king size bed across the entire width of the caravan (1.8m long X 2m wide). Shower and toilet are combined in the bathroom with hot water supplied by a small 10L hot water cylinder which is powered by gas or electricity. Doesn't last long for a shower but ok for a quick clean. Heating is from a built in gas heater with ducts into the caravan and bathroom areas. Caravan heats up in five minutes. Heater only works on gas. In the kitchen is a large (for a caravan) gas oven with four burner stovetop and decent size benchtop and sink. Hot and cold running water at sink. The fridge is powered by gas or electricity and has a small freezer built in. No problems with reversing skills as this caravan has motor movers which means you can unhook it from the car and easily move it into place with the wireless remote control. Storage with a wardrobe to keep your good clothes unwrinkled. Extra usb charging ports and 12v ports installed. Great for friends staying at your location as they can enjoy their own space, or send the kids out to play video games/watch movies on the 32" screen with surround sound and subwoofer. Loads of ventilation for summer with a large sunroof/skylight that opens, and all windows have insect shades that pull down, plus blinds and thick curtains for staying cosy at night. The front windows do not open - they have been sealed closed. All side windows and rear windows open. With the motor movers installed there is not a lot of ground clearance (maybe 16cm), so this caravan is not suitable for offroad. Carpet is a little worn so that means you dont have to take your shoes off, and pets are ok. There is cutlery, plates, cups, pots and pans in the caravan. There is a toaster and electric jug if you have power, or you can boil water on the stove if not. The toilet cassette must be filled using the solution provided. You must clean the toilet yourself before returning, or choose the $100 cleaning fee option. That means cleaning the bowl and surrounding area and then removing the cassette and emptying it and then hosing the cassette out. LPG Gas is included in rental.
