Hiring rules

• 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• 3. No smoking inside / small pets only upon application / no festivals
• 4. Awning must be packed away during wind, rain and before bad weather arises, and when leaving the motorhome unattended.
• 5. All Windows/Skylights/Cupboards/Drawers must be fully closed and locked before driving
• 6. All cables unplugged and stowed before driving
• 7. All gas turned off, and external gas cover secured before driving
• 8. Handbrake must be engaged when stationary
• 9. Vehicle must be returned cleaned (floor swept, dishes done, wipe down of kitchen and bathroom sink/toilet), or a cleaning fee will be applied
• 10. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• 11. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• 12. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• 13. There are NO ROAD USER CHARGES FOR UP TO 100KMS/PER DAY. Thereafter Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled. You will need to pay back the amount that is used on your journey where it exceeds more than 100kms per day. This will be calculated and charged by the owner via the posthire checklist.
• 14. Fuel – return fully filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 15. Grey water tank and waste tank emptied.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

  We had the most wonderful experience hiring Kims motorhome for our trip through the north of New Zealand. From start to finish, Kim was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with nothing was too much trouble. The motorhome itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was exactly as described and fully equipped with everything we required for a comfortable journey. All appliances and features worked flawlessly, it drove beautifully, and we felt completely confident and relaxed throughout our trip. Kims communication was excellent the entire time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldnt have asked for a better setup for our adventure.   Anesi is a top class A+ motorhome. Grunty engine worked so well on the open road. Luxurious inside, we especially appreciated the cotten bedding (no nasty polyester here!). Owners Kim and Phil were super helpful with even an instruction video. Thank you for our lovely stay!

  Very comfortable with the U shaped rear lounge. The heater was extremely efficient, even one night in -4 still very cosy. Having a full oven was great. Handover was very thorough.
