Allow an hour or so at handover so you get the most out of the vehicle and avoid potential costly damage.

Hiring rules

• Vehicle is NOT to be taken on beaches, unsealed roads (without preapproval in Camplify messages), or 4 wheel drive terrain.
• No Smoking or vaping inside or under awning.
• Awning must be packed away before bad or windy weather occurs.
• Any damage must be reported immediately, who, what, where and when.
• Pull over immediately if an engine light comes on. If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211. Then call me.
• Pets are not permitted.
• VEHICLE RETURN The vehicle is handed to you with a full Diesel tank an empty Grey tank and toilet cassette and in a clean state internally and externally. If not returned in the same state a surcharge will be incurred.
• ROAD USER CHARGES are additional to the daily rental (RUC) and charged on the vehicles odometer at a rate of $0.09 per km. Diesel is cheaper than petrol in NZ and RUC charges are incurred by all Diesel vehicles.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  I loved the van. it was exactly as described with a high quality fitout by Kea and very well equipped. There was everything we needed for a great holiday. The Mercedes engine was exceptionally smooth and great to drive. The dropdown bed works fine and have a separate dining area at the front with the swivel seats was very useful. Tracey was a great host, gave clear explanations and was very helpful. small treats like the chocolate in the fridge and the airport pickup were much appreciated.

  Tracey is amazing, and went above and beyond as our Air NZ flight had canceled and we had to fly 5 hours after our original departure time. Well, Tracey is the hero of this trip as she accommodated us late, and made a friend of life. As for the van, we named her Beddy White, and she was perfect. Drove all the way to Whariki Beach, and the Farewell Spit, and after driving around visiting each site we came back to Nelson and still have over 1/4 tank of diesel left. Very nice van, perfectly setup, e would love to use Beddy White again. Tracey, you are the best! Van is great for two, and has everything you need, and water can get very hot with that LPG tank. Nothing bad to say at all.
