Can be delivered to airport or interisland ferry terminal if so required. This van is for on road sealed roads all unsealed roads will have to be discussed and agreed on as some nz roads are not suitable for campers

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our rental of La Schwayze was really smooth. Adam and Alice are great owners and were very communicative and flexible. Eventhough the van has some years, everything went well and our family of 4 with two small children had an amazing time traveling around South Island in the van.

    Very good communication and followup when Adam and family went out of coverage themselves for their own camping holiday. Many great memories made from our travels and the solar/gas system let's you live off-grid. Definitely well presented and alot of the included accessories really make the van.

    We have been thinking about getting a Mercedes Sprinter Campervan and thought it would be best to hire one to test it out first. Le Swayze was just what were we after and could not ask for a better introduction to being in one for the first time. Excellent communication from both Adam and Alice as well as the detailed handover left us feeling very well informed with every aspect of the van. Can highly recommend to future newbies like us or experienced campervanners.

    Absolutely great van for a family. It's roomy and has everything you need for your NZ exploring, and incredible value! A big plus to the power system, which means you really don't need powered campervan spots at all (although dump station & water needs to be handled every few days). Beds & blankets were super good, so even on chilly nights we didn't feel cold at all (and there is a Webasto heater for those really cold nights). The only negative things is that suspension is a bit soft so it's not so comfortable on bumpy roads for passengers sitting further back.
