Absolutely great van for a family. It's roomy and has everything you need for your NZ exploring, and incredible value! A big plus to the power system, which means you really don't need powered campervan spots at all (although dump station & water needs to be handled every few days). Beds & blankets were super good, so even on chilly nights we didn't feel cold at all (and there is a Webasto heater for those really cold nights). The only negative things is that suspension is a bit soft so it's not so comfortable on bumpy roads for passengers sitting further back.

We really enjoyed Le Swayze! We recorded Adams instructions on collection, so we had his advice on hand at all times. Easy to drive if youve had experience with a long-wheel based van. Although our bodies are challenged with age and health issues, this was a fantastic option for a relaxing holiday! Nothing to worry about with the grey and black water empties - its easy to do for novices. This is a wonderful vehicle - future hirers - please treat well!!! Shes worth it!!! She kept us safe and sound on our journey and although designed as a 6 berth unit - she was perfect for just the two of us. If Adam would have us again, we would certainly make Majestic Le Swayze our only choice! All the best to Adam and Family!

Our trip was fantastic. The van is perfect for DOC campsites with its solar powered system. There was everything we needed for our little tour. Adam and Alice are very good hosts. Thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our motorhome adventure! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Adam and Alice were incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the motorhome, ensuring we were comfortable and confident before hitting the road. The motorhome itself was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip it had everything we needed and more. The flexibility of the hire and the excellent communication throughout made it all the more enjoyable. Well definitely be back for another adventure highly recommend!

This van was everything we required and more! We knew where everything was and what to do thanks to pickup / handover. Highly recommend, great and easy to hire from. This camper was perfect for our trip! Would hire again

We hired Le Swayze (we nicknamed George) for 15 days to tour the South island. We drove George around the Central, East and West coasts and found that he was very comfortable to sleep in, quite spacious and easy to drive around. Adam and Alice were punctual. Easy to talk to and provided a lot of information about the holiday and the components of the motorhome. So we went into the trip feeling quite prepared. Despite us not requesting motorhome drop off, Alice was happy to help us when we became stranded in Picton off of the ferry. This was not expected but greatly appreciated. (For those that are thinking of ferrying down from the north island pre book a taxi as there isn't many around and no uber coverage). One thing I wish there was more of, was blankets as night temps got down to 3 degrees (in February!) which I found very cold haha. Also for those that are thinking of freedom camping like we did, you wont have hot water for showering or any 240V power outlets as George runs off mains power. This is probably the standard across the board but I had assumed (prior to arriving) there would be batteries linked to solar that would have allowed it to run more offgrid. For hot showers we recommend paying at caravan parks (generally $5 p/p) every now and again if you want to enjoy the freedom camping lifestyle! Overall i had a great experience and would encourage anyone reading this to commit and book. Pricing is cheap if you were to do a comparison to hiring out a car and doing accomodation separately! Great...awesome way to travel. Owners great with communication. We stayed in camping grounds....didn't need to use the shower in the van.
