The van rides really well. Good condition, includes air conditioning, microwave, fridge, gas cooker, fresh water tank, combined shower and toilet, heater, awnings, bike rack. Experience your dream New Zealand holiday in this 6 berth Mercedes Sprinter. Perfect for a couple that is after some extra space or for a family getaway. There is plenty of room in this fully self-contained motorhome with separate shower, toilet and hand basin hot and cold water, fresh/grey water tanks. 3 gas hobs and 1 electric, grill, 12v fridge with freezer compartment, 230v microwave, TV, radio and CD player and there is diesel heating to keep you cosy on those cooler days/nights. Solar panels to keep things powered when you are not plugged in. (Please note that plug points only work if power is plugged in). There is plenty of storage both in cupboards above and under-seat storage with safe, plus outdoor wet lockers. Basic cooking equipment is supplied with initial basic supplies of tea, coffee, and sugar. The main seating area transforms from dining into a large double bed, plus double bed above the cab and front dinette converts to another double. All bedding you require will be supplied - including sheets, pillows, duvets, blankets and towels. For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher and small first aid kit. To enjoy the outdoors there is a small camping table and chairs.

Drive to the condition of the road, be courteous, and let traffic behind you to pass as your speed is 90km and other travelers are traveling at 100km. Keep an eye on traffic behind you as it can build up quickly, pull over if safe, and let them go.

Hiring rules

  • • EMERGENCY If any warning lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call emergency services on 111 if required. Or call Camplify on +643 668 1211 and choose 4 for roadside assistance. Then call us.
  • • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • • Negotiated OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads (no more than around five kilometers) / NO Smoking inside
  • • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking and your Camplify damage cover.
  • ROAD USER CHARGES of 9c per km apply to this diesel vehicle.
  • • CLEANING Return the RV in a clean state. Excessive cleaning will incur a further cleaning charge of up to $100.00.
  • • LPG Return FULL refilled from petrol stations.
  • • COOKING – please use the extractor fan, and open the kitchen window to ensure good ventilation.
  • • TOP AIR VENTS – must be closed whilst driving
  • • TABLE – must be stowed whilst driving
  • • FISH BAIT – please do not store fish bait in our fridge/freezer. Use your own cooler.
  • • AWNING – damage to the awning from high winds is NOT covered by your AER. If the forecast is for wind, please stow the awning before leaving the motorhome or going to sleep. Awning damage can be very expensive.
  • • LOW TREES AND OVERHEAD OBSTRUCTIONS – beware of overhead obstructions because overhead damage to the motorhome is NOT covered.
  • • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • • TOILET CASSETTE and GREY WATER – please empty these in an appropriate Public Dump Station (refer to CamperMate app). Please ensure these are empty and clean upon return or a $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The camper was beautifully clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Thorough handover and additional information inside. Susheel made it super easy by meeting us at the airport for pick up and drop off which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend hiring this camper van for the perfect road trip.     The experience was excellent! A kind family which gave us a van were helpful at every stage of a booking. Communication and handover was great! A vehicle was very tidy and everything was though thorough really well. Van has everything, all cutlery, all plates, bowls, mugs ,etc. You can tell that the thing was build for personal use and there was a lot of soul put into it. All needed tools, cleaning supplies and everything you can imagine was there. We were able to use everything and did not had any issue with anything. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thanks!

Easy going, ready to help and enjoy meeting people. Love working in our vineyard (sauvignon Blanc), keeps me busy. Every now and then we go on and take the Mustang (1965) for a Sunday spin. My son has American Bulldog, he keeps me busy in the morning, wants to go for long walks. Work parttime in the accounting practice which my daughter is taking over. Love the lifestyle in Marlborough.
