It's tidy, it's clever, it's nimble. Felix has been part of our family for years and we are happy to share him with you. He has everything you need for easy, no fuss camping - a fridge, a sink with a fresh water tank and lights. A double gas cooktop and pots provided offer the opportunity to cook any hot meal you could want. Solar panels mean you can keep your food cold for days with no ice, instagram your heart out or keep your earphones charged for your morning run. Get in touch with us to start your exciting campervan experience. AIRPORT PICK UP - Ask us about airport pick up. SELF CONTAINED - This van is self-containment certified so you can freedom camp in designated areas. WINTER TRIPS - Not sure if Felix will work for your winter or shoulder season trip? We can sort you out with sleeping bags and a small heater. Ask us if you want to know more! The Linen fee includes kitchen and beach towels, pillows, blankets and sleep bags (as needed). All cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans are included.

Hiring rules

South Island travel only
Must be returned with a full tank of diesel
No Smoking or vaping
Grey water to be emptied at appropriate station
RUCs (Road User Charges) to be charged at 9 cents per km at the end of the hire.
Remember to pay your tolls and tickets they will be passed on if you forget.
Ask us about pets. We love our fur babies.
300km per day travel included (average per day for the entire booking). After that $1.00/km.
Extra fees apply for:
1) Returning without a full tank of fuel ($50.00 plus the cost of fuel)
2) Leaving spilled diesel on the side panel paint ($50.00)
3) Not emptying the toilet ($175.00)
4) If the vehicle is returned very dirty or smelly (inside and/or outside) ($175.00)

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $90.00 per day
Service fee: $120.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Amazing New Zealand! Thanks to the campervan, we were able to discover the real New Zealand. There were no problems with the camperit was our cozy home on wheels. The equipment was complete, and the vehicle was economical.

We had a great time. The van had everything we needed. The solar panels were especially useful for powering the fridge/lights etc meaning we never needed to hook upto a power source. Tally and Will were both very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Perfect Van for two old friends to do a lap around the south island in. Well fitted out, comfy, and the diesel engine made easy work of our narrow, windy and sometimes steep roads! Highly recommend
