We had a great time. The van had everything we needed. The solar panels were especially useful for powering the fridge/lights etc meaning we never needed to hook upto a power source. Tally and Will were both very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

We rented Edgar for 16 days and it was an incredible experience! The van was much bigger than anticipated so we had so much room. Super easy to drive, ran really well on petrol (diesel so cheaper!), clean with all amenities needed. We were able to travel around the South Island with no complications. Will and Tally were great at communicating and even picked us up from the airport. Super easy transition and everything conveniently located. Would recommend! Thanks Will and Tally!!

Thanks so much guys, this was out first time using a campervan and you made it a breeze. Clear communication and instruction throughout our holiday from booking to drop off at the end. Really appreciatedthe airport drop off too, especially travelingwith our dog.. Edgar is so well kitted out, fun to use. It was wonderful to take our dog along. Beds were slightly on the hard side, an extra topper wouldn't go a miss. Would definitely hire Edgar again.

Perfect Van for two old friends to do a lap around the south island in. Well fitted out, comfy, and the diesel engine made easy work of our narrow, windy and sometimes steep roads! Highly recommend

Had an absolutely epic 9-day trip with Edgar. Drives like a dream, and Will included everything we may have needed for the winter conditions. Pick-up and drop off was a breeze and communication was great throughout the entire process. Could not recommend enough!

We hired Felix Solar for a long weekend touring the South Island, trying out a campervan holiday with kids, and it was a great success! The van is comfortable to drive and to ride in, and easy to convert between modes. It has a simple layout that functions really well, and is easy to keep tidy and clean. There are plenty of great campsites with toilets in NZ, so we never felt the need to have a toilet on board, and we appreciated not having to manage that! Will and Tally were very easy to communicate with, and were very accommodating when we wanted to change our plans. We plan to hire Felix Solar from them again!
