Hiring rules

  • No smoking, No off road, no pets.
  • Please be aware that here in New Zealand, road user charges (RUC)apply for diesel vehicles which means that for every 100k's travelled, 0.09 cents +gst is charged by the government.
  • So for example 1000k's travelled will incur a 1000x 0.09 fee ($90.00) + gst of $13.50 = $103.50, calculated and payable at the end of your trip.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a wonderful week in Frodo. The camper is very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the little extras that you need. Mike was great to communicate with and made the rental process seamless.

    Excellent dealings with camplify and Michael. Everything went as planned with no issues with the van. Every day items needed were supplied in the van so no wanting for anything. Really enjoyed our trip with Frodo and will do it again!

    Definitely recommend the Frodo camper van , the travel was nice and smooth very easy going to put everything together . Loved our time we spent on it , very spacious and easy to move around in . Catered to everything we needed it to cheers Michael
