  • No smoking in the van please.
  • The guest will need to pay back the amount of Road User Charges that is used on their journey. This will be calculated and charged by the owner at the rate of $0.09 per kilometre driven.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    My day with Sunny was wonderful. In the morning, Claire gave me all the necessary details, so everything was very clear from the start. The van's style is perfect for me, cozy, warm, well-equipped, and with enough space to store your belongings. It's reliable and easy to drive. You can tell she put so much love into this spaceship to make you feel comfortable and very welcome. During the night, I stayed warm and had a restful sleep thanks to the good mattress and nice cushions. It was my first time renting a van in winter, and it was absolutely great with the power, light, and heater working. I'm very happy with this experience and highly recommend it :) Many Thanks Sunny!
