Hiring rules

Hirer must be 25 years or older.
Please return Timbo clean and tidy. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.
You’re welcome to travel up to 150 km per day.
Extra kilometres are charged at $0.30 per km (calculated at the end of your hire).
No offroad driving, including gravel roads.
If any damage occurs, please report it immediately.
The van must be refuelled before return.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $95.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had an epic time exploring the south while recovering from the Milford Track. Timbo was amazing, so well set-up and super easy to drive! Hannah was such a great communicator, gave excellent info including some really helpful videos on the set-up. A massive thank you to her for sharing Timbo with us, we had such an amazing time!

We had an amazing time travelling around the South Island in Timbo! Hannah made everything super easy and was available if we ever had any questions. Pick up/drop off was a breeze as well. We would definitely recommend Timbo for your South Island trip!
