Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Julie 4.5The freedom a SC van offers is brilliant, and Oli's van delivered at an affordable price. Unfortunately Oli wasn't available for initial collection, the lad who did prep the van made sure it was clean etc but missed some important details related to van, kit and driving that automatic-no handbreak ( which would have been useful for overseas visitor). I did have an issue with the car battery/alternator which required visit to the garage. Oli was really good to respond, and authorized garage to make repair asap. These things happen with vans/cars. I enjoyed my van rental and exploring the South Island, and would use again
