The van comes with all cooking gear: pots, pans, cutlery, portable gas cooker, and utensils. Fresh linen, pillows, and duvet provided. Camping chairs and table included for outdoor setups. 12V fridge to keep food and drinks cold. Optional add-ons are available bike rack, chilly bin, or extra camping gear. Hiring rules

• ⛽ Fuel, Power & Road User Charges
• • Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• • A refueling fee will apply if not returned full.
• • Road User Charges (RUCs) apply at $0.00.9 per kilometre and will be deducted from the bond at the end of the hire.
• • Solar and battery systems are for light use (fridge, lights, USB charging). Avoid draining the system by running highdraw devices.
• 🧼 Cleaning & Care
• • Vehicle must be returned clean and tidy, as received.
• • A cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt, sand, or stains are found.
• • Toilet (if used) must be emptied and cleaned before return — $100.00 fee applies if not done.
• 🚫 Restrictions
• • No smoking or vaping inside or near the vehicle.
• • No offroad driving — vehicle must remain on sealed or wellmaintained gravel roads only.
• • Vehicle must not leave New Zealand’s South Island (unless written permission is given).
• 🕓 Pickup & Return
• • Pickup and dropoff times must be agreed before the hire.
• • Late returns may incur an extra day’s charge.
• • Notify immediately if you expect to be late.
• 🧠 Damage & Accidents
• • Report any accident, damage, or mechanical issue immediately.
• • Do not attempt repairs without approval.
• • Insurance excess applies to any claim.
