She has the power to get up winding hills and cruise comfortably down the motorway to your favorite destinations. From the coast to the mountains, you'll be warm and cosy with all the essential items to get you going as soon as you pick her up. Cook up a storm on the portable stove, put your bikes on the back, surfboards on the roof, snowboards under the bed! -GREEN STICKER SELF CONTAINED -Full sized double bed (fits two 5'10 people, or taller diagonally/knees bent!) -Manual transmission & diesel -Portable gas stove -25L drinking water storage -Second battery -LARGE fridge that runs better than my home fridge! Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Perfect Van to explore Aotearoa

    We enjoyed our time in Tilly. The van drives well, has most things you need and the bed was comfortable. You can't lie completely outstretched in the bed or stand up fully inside, but with it being the summer, we were mostly outside. The van had a few issues that we were only made aware of during pick up - an oil leak and the back doors leaked when it rained. Nicole was very apologetic, but the van wasn't quite as clean as we would have expected either. The van feels quite basic but for the price, it does the job and we enjoyed our time in it. We had some issues with the van key and the fridge being temperamental - it's maybe not the most reliable van but we knew it was cheap and relatively old. We did have some issues when returning the van, Nicole had forgotten she gave us the van dirty and was unhappy we hadn't cleaned the exterior - despite it being cleaner than on collection. Luckily none of this spoilt our trip to this beautiful place. If you're after a cheap van with a few quirks/issues then it will do the job, but there may be more reliable vans out there.
