Hiring rules

• 📅 Holiday & Public Holiday Handovers
• Pickup and dropoff on the following dates require prior arrangement:
• 25 Dec, 26 Dec, 1 Jan, 2 Jan, and Easter Friday–Monday.
• (Public holiday pickups/dropoffs sometimes carry extra planning effort—please arrange in advance.)
• 🍲 No StrongSmelling Cooking or smoking / vaping
• Cooking odorous foods or smoking / vaping inside the camper is prohibited. Upto a $500.00 cleaning fee maybe applied if this rule is breached.
• 🐾 No Pets
• Pets are not allowed. Only approved assistance animals may be carried.
• ⛽ Refuelling & Waste Disposal
• Vehicle must be returned with Full tank of diesel, Full AdBlue, Gas bottle refilled, Grey & black water tanks empty Noncompliance results in a $150.00 fee, plus actual costs to refill/use.
• 🧼 Cleanliness Standards
• Return the camper clean, with dishes done, grey/septic tanks emptied and the BBQ if hired clean. Failure to do so could incurs fees up to $150.00.
• 🌂 Awning Damage
• Any damaged awning will incur an additional charge due to the high risk of body damage.
• 🛣️ Road Use & RUCs
• Road User Charges (RUC) apply based on odometer reading upon return: $0.09/km.
• **Permitted only on sealed roads**.
• The following are strictly offlimits: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), Colville Township north (Coromandel), and any skifield access roads.
• ⏱️ Pickup & Dropoff Times
• All pickups and returns must occur between 08:00–16:00, unless otherwise arranged.
• Allow around 60 min for pickup procedures and 20 min for dropoff.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a blast in this motorhome, it served us well for almost 11 days in our south island journey. Rodney was very prompt in responding to my questions via messaging, and went one step further to pick us up from Christchurch airport.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our trip away in Pebbles. Rodneys communication was fantastic from the start, the van was well equipped and at 6 foot 4 I had a fabulous night sleep. Would absolutely use Pebbles again and would recommend her to anyone wanting to travel in comfort.

  We had an amazing road trip around Queenstown, Wanaka, and Lake Tekapo, and the motorhome was perfect for it. The van had everything we needed and was comfortable for our group throughout the trip. The owner was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free.   We had an amazing time with this 6-berth campervan! From the very start, communication was excellent and the handover was clear and friendly. The campervan was spotless, modern, and had absolutely everything we needed for a great holiday. It was surprisingly easy to drive and handled really well, even on narrower country roads. Inside, the layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to relax. The beds were generously sized even our 6ft 5in children slept comfortably, which was such a bonus! We also loved all the thoughtful extras that made the trip so enjoyable the BBQ, camp chairs, and outdoor table were perfect for evenings outside, and everything was in great condition. Overall, this campervan had everything we could have hoped for comfort, practicality, and great attention to detail. We made fantastic memories and cant wait to book again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy, stress-free road trip adventure!

  Excellent new motorhome with everything we needed. The leisure battery charged well with solar and didn't run out for the 2.5 days we needed it. Rodney had great communication and the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
