- ✅ Hirers must be 25+ years old
- ✅ Immediate reporting of any damage (who, what, where, when) 🛠️
- ✅ Pull over immediately if any engine lights appear and call Camplify 🚨
- ✅ Return vehicle with full tank of petrol (same as at pickup) ⛽
- ✅ Vehicle must be returned reasonably clean inside; otherwise, a cleaning fee of $80.00 may apply 🧽
- ✅ Pickup | Dropoff (flexible on request) 🕑
- ✅ Payment of deposit required within 72 hrs to secure booking 💳
- ✅ Tolls are the hirer's responsibility
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alex 5.0This van was spectacular! Special shout-out to Ale and Fab, the hosts! The handover is clear and thorough, and they reply pretty much instantly to every message - which when you're out travelling remotely is very valuable. They use the van themselves and the way they care about totally comes through for the renter. The bed is thick memory foam and so so comfortable, very different to your typical rental camper. It is spacious and perfectly designed for indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen is fully ready to use. The projector is super cool (but recommend bring a USB stick with movies to use it). The lighting is homely and warm. It drives well and reliably. We loved the van, we loved the hosts. Massive thank you and couldn't recommend them enough!
